Section 1: Introduction to PDCA problem solving methodology & planning for data collection
Section 2: Application of check sheet for data collection
Section 3: Application of Pareto chart to prioritize problem
Section 4: Application of histogram to analyze distribution of data
Section 5: Analysis of control chart pattern
Section 6: Application of fish bone diagram to identify possible root causes
Section 7: Application of scatter diagrams to study the relationship between different parameters
Section 8: Application of control chart for process monitoring
Section 9: Different types of graph for presentation and monitoring purposes
Attachment: A sample of QCC (Quality Control Circle) report to demonstrate the application of PDCA methodology and relevant QC tools
