This course is designed for the personnel who will be involved in developing and implementing the HACCP system, including the key personnel from the Store (material and product), Production, R&D, Quality Control, Maintenance, HR/Training, Administration, Purchasing/Procurement, and Logistics Department.  It is also suitable for those who would like to enhance the understanding of Food Safety Hazards and HACCP Principle.
