Public Events Registration Form

Registration forms must be completed and fax back to us min 5 days before the training. Payment shall be made before or on the 1st day of the training.

If you are unable to attend, a substitute replacement will be welcome to attend with no extra charge. A full refund, less 15% administrative charge, will be made for official writing cancellation received 14 working days prior to the event. A 50% refund will be given if official writing cancellation is received less than 14 working days before the event. No refunds can be made for cancellation received less than 7 working days prior to the event.

Should for any reason outside the control of ELCO, the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action, ELCO shall endeavor to reschedule but the client hereby indemnifies and holds ELCO harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, which are incurred by the client.
